Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Sonographer to join our team at the PMB One-Stop Clinic in South London.

Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout the examination process, providing clear instructions and support as needed. Obtain relevant patient medical history and clinical information to inform the diagnostic process and facilitate appropriate patient care. Capture high-quality ultrasound images of pelvic organs and structures, paying close attention to detail and ensuring optimal image clarity. Interpret ultrasound findings accurately and document results in electronic medical records for review by healthcare providers.

Collaborate closely with physicians, radiologists, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to discuss imaging findings and coordinate patient management plans. Maintain ultrasound equipment and accessories, performing regular maintenance checks and troubleshooting as necessary. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with regulatory standards. Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education activities to stay abreast of advances in ultrasound technology and clinical practice.

**Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Medical Sonography or Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound. Certification by a recognised accrediting body such as the the British Medical Ultrasound Society (BMUS). Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sonographer, with specific expertise in transvaginal ultrasound imaging. Comprehensive knowledge of pelvic anatomy, physiology, and pathology, particularly related to gynaecological conditions.

Proficiency in operating ultrasound equipment and conducting diagnostic imaging procedures with accuracy and precision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced clinical setting. Commitment to maintaining professional standards and adhering to ethical principles in clinical practice.

Valid professional registration and licensure, as required by regulatory authorities.
