**Graduate Tutor - Role Information**:

- Graduate Tutor
- Located in Bourne (PE20)
- Based in one secondary academy
- Paid £450 per week during term time before tax
- Monday to Friday role - 08.30am - 15.00pm working hours
- March 2024 - July 2024
- Providing 1:1 & small group support to KS3 & KS4 students
- Planning and conducting tailored support sessions
- Prioritising students academic weak points

**Graduate Tutor - Applicant Requirements**:

- Minimum 2:1 UK based Core Subject degree
- Strong academic background
- Prior experience working with children or young people
- Naturally engaging and proactive individual
- Passionate about a career working with young people
- Good organisation and communication skills
