**Purpose of Role**:
To ensure all items are processed to Adare’s specification, before releasing the items to despatch.

**Role Description**:

- To have full understanding of all the quality procedures required for the task
- If machine not running to optimum run speed or optimum quality, highlight the problem to line manager
- Train agency staff
- To assist with ensuring 100% SLA’s each day
- To know and understand the entire operational requirements for the assigned machine
- To be fully aware of all the procedures required to carry out the task set
- To be fully aware of the yield speed required for the task
- To be fully aware of the completion times/dates of the task
- Ensure adequate communications are given to the team
- To be an assist in despatch as and when required
- To process manual returns as and when required
- To ensure good housekeeping around assigned machine at all times
- To work to achieve zero rejects and spoils
- To understand and practice your responsibilities for the use of the Navision system at all times
