**ASSET APPRENTICE / EXETER - HYBRID WORKING OPTIONS AVAILABLE**

**Location**: Exeter, EX5 / Hybrid

**Hours**: Monday to Thursday 08:00am - 16:30pm & Friday 08:00am - 16:00pm

**Salay**: Competitive salary, dependent on experience

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment business, are currently recruiting for an Asset Administrator Apprentice to join our clients team head office in Exeter.

**Duties & responisbilitites**:

- Full adminisration support to the Asset Controller and Short Term Rental TeamEnsuring that stock records are managed, sales channels are updated and data cleanse the stock records

Learning various aspects of Asset Management and taking on associated projects to maximise returns from the fleet

Shadow cover for Asset Controller to fulfil key tasks when required

Interaction with other departments to ensure equiptment is inspected, stored and prepared in a suitable and timely manner

**As this is an apprentice position, no specific experience will be required although the below is desirable**:

- Experience working within an adminsitration positionExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to plan, organsie and prioritise work

Ability to work independently and part of a team

Previosu experience of building and developing strong customer relationships

Good working knowldge of MS Windows inclyding Word, Excel and PowerPoint

IT literate and able to keep accurate records

Safety focus first and follow all QHSE guidence
