Cafe Bar Supervisor

**The Role**:bod Alsager** are on the lookout for a Supervisor to come on board to join our management team at our bod Café Bar.

As a bod Supervisor you’ll be passionate about providing excellent customer service for our customers.

From serving our customers food & drinks to cellar maintenance and back office work, you'll be an all-rounder, happy to help and working across all areas. You'll be great at communication, have loads of team spirit and the drive to learn and develop in the role as you go.

Previous experience in bar & cellar maintenance is important in this role. We love to promote great people from within, so there are always opportunities for progression.

**What is a bod café bar**:
At bod we love coffee and cake although we also love real ale and delicious food but above all this we love to provide a space that the local community can come to meet up and have a good chat over a drink or a bite to eat. That is why we created the bod café bar concept. We opened the first one five years ago and since then we have opened another 7 across the region, bods are the brainchild of Titanic Brewery.

Helping to lead a team of circa 20 people you should have excellent training, development, and coaching skills. You should share our passion for delivering exceptional levels of service to a diverse clientele. You will hold the financial acumen to plan and grow the business, whilst delivering solid results.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
