Registered Manger

This is an exciting role to join a growing company as a Registered Manager of a new children's home.

**The Role**

In this role, you have the flexibility to shape the home as you see fit. Since you will come in from the start, develop and grow the provision. Your work will all be done with the help of continuously supportive directors and senior management team.

**Required Skills**:
To be successful in this role, you must;
- At least 2 years experience managing a residential home for looked after children and young people.
- Hold a level 5 diploma (or working towards) in children and young people residential care.
- Be dedicated to providing outstanding care.
- Sound knowledge of residential guidelines including Quality Standards, Care Standards Act, Children’s home regulations, Children’s Act.
- Be caring, compassionate, and committed to making a difference.

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
