The Sales team and Surveyors are quality focused, experienced and passionate about providing excellent customer service. You should be able to communicate effectively with customers and be interested in the products and services they offer.

**The Role**
- Gaining an in-depth knowledge of our products, services and pricing structures.
- Demonstrating and discussing products in the showroom.
- Attending pre-booked appointments to establish all measurements and specifications.
- Using in-house IT systems to prepare quotation documents.
- Maintain and develop excellent customer relationships following enquires through from start to finish.
- Listening and gaining a clear understanding of customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Ensure the sales pipeline is followed and customers informed of special offers, etc.

Full training will be provided, and no specific previous industry experience is required, however, this Trainee Sales Surveying role will be best suited to individuals with the following backgrounds:

- Previous experience in sales and construction.
- Experience communicating effectively with customers.
- Experience with talking to customers about work in their homes, ideally with a background in measuring and sizing equipment.
- It would be desirable also to have some knowledge and understanding of garage doors, composite doors and aluminium systems.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Full driving license
- A confident and engaging telephone manner
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
- The ability to develop good working relationships and be a team player.
- Good IT skills with an understanding of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Good problem-solving skills

The core hours of work are Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700 however due to the nature of this role evening/occasional Saturday appointments maybe applicable.

We are offering an attractive annual salary of between to £27,000 - £35,000 depending on experience with a car allowance or the option of the use of a lease vehicle.
