The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to make a real difference to the lives of residents and communities across Wales.

As a Leasehold Officer in Wales top housing association you will provide a high quality, efficient and effective leasehold management service to residents living in our retirement schemes. Its a diverse role which will see you out and about on schemes, dealing with residents and various other stakeholders and ensuring we are doing the right thing to deliver the right services at the right time when our residents need them.

Who are we looking for?

To succeed in this role, you will have a genuine passion and interest in what we do as an organisation. You will need a demonstrable track record of leasehold or home ownership within a housing or customer focused environment.

To help us deliver an excellent service you will need to show your understanding and knowledge of leasehold procedures or social housing.

With excellent knowledge and understanding of simple legal processes such as reading leases, extensions and LPE1 etc for example as well as knowledge of service charge calculations, recovery procedures and Section 20 processes.

You will need to be a car user with a valid license and able to provide your own vehicle for business use.
