Dorset Foods is focused on the savoury egg and cooked cocktail sausage categories and has its own specialist manufacturing facility and development team.
The business strategy is strongly focused on innovation and reinventing the Scotch egg category. Most recently, this has resulted in the ability to maintain a runny centre in a warm-serve, cooked egg product, which has initially been brought to market by M&S.
Dorset Foods is home to the recently developed Scrummy Egg brand, which will encompass a family of products that are based on this unique ability to produce a runny or soft-set-centred boiled egg that maintains this quality even when re-heated.
The business supplies Scotch egg products into Asda, M&S, Tesco, Morrisons and the convenience channel.
**Job Accountabilities**
Product is picked and loaded onto vehicles according to plans.
Pick any customer’s product available to them or instructed to at the required picking rates.
Ensure that pallets/trays are maintained in compliance with our customers’ requirements.
Keeping the correct stock in the correct location.
Order by date order, and rotate stock.
Identify stock required for completion of orders.
Record stock by quantity, location, date code (UB), promotional information, at the dedicated time.

**Shift Pattern: 4 on 3 off rotation Sunday to Tuesday (weekly) plus every alternate Wednesday. Each shift will be 10.00-22.00 or 12.00-0.00 and 10.00-18.00 or 14.00-20.00 on a Sunday.**
**Pay: £21,081 per annum**
