You will have a good knowledge base, excellent communication skills and a flexible and positive attitude. You should have a caring, non-judgmental and inclusive attitude and be committed to identifying, provide and assist the registered staff to deliver a wide range of nursing interventions including the treatment of multiple chronic conditions, learning disability, mental health and social vulnerability. We will need you to have strong all-round capability, insights and adaptability in physical and mental health working, as well as organisational, communication and inter-personal skills.
