**Permanent**
**Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5 pm and Friday 8:30 am - 4 pm**

**The Quality Technologist team**

You will report to the Quality Manager and will be working in a team of 4.

**Key responsibilities of the role**:

- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company, customer, and industry standards.
- Investigate consumer complaints to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collect samples as per quality plan, ensuring timely analysis and appropriate reporting.
- Perform traceability exercises according to agreed plan.
- Support new starter and refresher training, equipment verification, and customer expectation integration into Refresco protocols.

**About you**
- Hold good knowledge and understanding of HACCP, Food Safety, and BRC principle
- Demonstrable experience as a Quality Assurance/Technologist
- Experience in a fast-paced, lean environment such as FMCG/Manufacturing
