The Production Team (Part of Spendlove Group) offers their expertise, knowledge and skillsets to some of the events industries leading suppliers. Their global database includes large numbers of highly experienced event professionals who have been carefully selected and vetted to ensure that they have the right people to deliver projects.

Due to the continuous growth and success, they are now seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their team to assist with matching clients with the best-fit talent for their permanent, freelance and contract positions in the UK and the Middle East.

**Requirements**:
As an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant your duties will include:

- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment processes
- Win new business across the UK and Middle East through lead generation, cold calling and client marketing.
- Negotiate both temporary and permanent fees
- Ensure all roles are filled within a timely manner.
- Generate both temporary and permanent placements through both sales and recruitment activity.
- Maintain and develop CRM and databases, ensuring adherence to confidentiality and GDPR
- A minimum of 1 year’s recruitment experience
- Proven business development experience
- A strong desire to build and strengthen client relationships.
- Time management and organisational skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced and target driven environment.
- A track record of high achievement in and out of work.
- The ability to learn quickly.
