To maintain an average in learning (AIL) of 35 learners dependent upon programme type, circumstances and location (pro rata for part time workers)

To achieve a timely annual success rate of 80% of learners across all programmes and aims of qualification.

To maintain an achievement of at least 80%

To fully utilise the ‘e’ learning technology resources supplied by the company

The ability to follow a curriculum of learning and assessment both face to face and remotely with learners

Manage own time effectively to complete workload and meet deadlines. Plan schedule and evaluate own work in conjunction with Line Manager.

Learners must be visited at least once per month but visits must be flexible enough to meet the learner’s needs and that of the employer

Arrange and carry out learner interviews, inductions, Individual Learning Plans, IAG, assessments, and where applicable complete all relevant learner records and documentation.

Must have the ability to motivate learners and deal with any issues that arise, with learners or employers quickly and efficiently.

Take ownership of own development of knowledge and changes within the sector and ensure CPD is continuously updated.

Provide Senior Management with accurate and up to date information on learner progress against targets on a monthly basis.

Respond to all requests for information on progress of learners timely.

Make regular contact with existing and potential new customers to promote Asset products and services.

Follow up ex learners and encourage current and achieving learners to progress with their qualifications.

Feedback any business opportunities to the sales team in a timely fashion.

Create, maintain and promote good working relationships with all other Asset clients and learners.

Promote Asset Training & Consultancy and its products and services in a professional manner at all times.

Communicate and maintain good working relationships with all colleagues.

Undertake any further training that may be relevant to the post including progress towards the E-Learning Company Continual Professional Development Programme.

Attend meetings, exhibitions and conferences as required and give feedback

Support the Quality coordinator when requested.

Carry out any other duties requested by the management to fulfill the needs of the business which could include Internal Verification, Mentoring, and Delivery of Functional skills when required.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
