We are excited to announce we are currently seeking a skilled **Multi Plumber** to join our responsive maintenance business, based in Thornaby, Stockton on Tees**. **As a **Multi **Plumber** you will be completing residential plumbing repairs work, working in people homes across the Teesside, North Yorks area.

**The Multi Plumber role**:

- You will complete general plumbing repairs work fitting and maintaining safe and working water systems in occupied residential properties - some Multi op duties also may be required
- Specifically, you’ll be completing a target output of on average 6 jobs per day, attending to reactive, emergency, and routine repairs as well as complete planned (void, untenanted properties) refurbishment jobs, on occasions too.
- The work is primarily lone working with the support and guidance of a Foreperson and Contract Manager.
- The ability to work professionally and considerately within people’s homes in a customer facing environment is an absolute must, always considering yours and their Health and Safety.

**What will you bring as a Multi Plumber?**
- Experience working as a residential Plumber is essential. Experience of working in residential maintenance and repairs works environment is also essential
- Excellent customer service skills and strong commitment to retaining these standards whilst working in the professional environment, with the ability to ensure customers feel safe and comfortable in your company.
- Level 2/3 Diploma in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent
- Level 2/3 Diploma in Installing & Maintaining domestic heating systems or equivalent
- Level 3 Award in the Installation, commissioning & safety aspect of hot water systems for domestic use in accordance with UK Building Regulations 3345-30
- Motivated in your approach to work, and able to work to individual and team output targets.
- Possession of a full current UK Driving license is essential to complete the **Multi **Plumber** role, with company van provided.
