Looking for a fun and friendly company to join? If so, our client has an amazing opportunity as an Apprentice Construction Plant Operative to join their team in Malmesbury

Our client is conveniently situated on the outskirts of the town of Malmesbury in Wiltshire and is the destination for premier skip hire, tool and plant hire, access equipment and builders’ materials.

All plants and machinery are meticulously cleaned and serviced to ensure safe, reliable working order and maintained to the latest safety standards.

You will be working towards gaining a Construction plant operative (level 2) Qualification through completing your Apprenticeship

**Hours of Work**: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

**Salary**:Minimum Wage

**Other Benefits**:Overtime,28 days holiday incl. bank holidays, sick pay, allowance for tools

**Apprentice Construction Plant Operative Main Duties**:

- Carrying out preventive maintenance to construction plant equipment such as dumpers and excavators.
- Carrying out fault finding with use of laptop diagnostic software systems.
- Routine servicing and repair of equipment including mechanical and electrical systems.
- Supporting customers with solutions in a timely and effective manner
- Attending breakdowns on customer sites, providing outstanding customer service at all times.
- Carrying out preventive maintenance on a small fleet of HGV and commercial vans
