**Head of Finance | Mirfield | £60,000 - £70,000 + benefits**

**The opportunity**

New Role: Head of Finance This is a belter -you have the best of all world's if you enjoy a professional SME:

- Impressive growth being delivered and forecasted
- Ambitious MD to work with and a strong SLT to be part of
- Route for career progression either to FD or taking more commercial reins (possible succession for the MD)
- Secure and stable - no major supplier payment juggling
- £10-£20m bracket business so enough complexity and moving parts to keep you interested but chance to make a really visible difference that you can be proud of

The group is currently approaching £15m turnover and expecting to push on to £20m+ swiftly.

You’ll be managing a small team (3) on day one and need to be cool getting stuck into the nuts and bolts. But this role isn’t just about counting the numbers and keeping score - it’s a chance to work closely with the MD and have a commercial impact. Suggest change, identify opportunity - help drive growth, profit and underpin future-proofing.

Being an FC / Head of Finance needs to be centre of your wheelhouse but commercial / business acumen is also a string you need on the bow ideally.

Office based role - West Yorkshire. Manufacturing / Engineering group.
