**Recruitment Co-ordinator**

Birmingham Electrical Training is a family business, established in 1991 and has grown to become one of the largest Electrical Training Providers in the UK. At their dedicated training centre, based in Hockley, Birmingham they currently support over 480 apprentices.

**Role Purpose**

**Responsibilities to include but are not limited to**:

- Supporting Employers through the enrolment process, this includes undertaking sign up meetings in and out of the office.
- Interviewing Apprentice Applicants and providing Advice, Guidance, including CV and employment searching advice.
- Supporting employers with Digital Apprenticeship System
- Supporting out of work apprentices with employment advice
- Attending School & Career Events to promote Electrical Apprenticeships
- Signing up and contacting apprentices who change employers, completing sign-up meetings and paperwork.
- Supporting and advising employers on training options for their employers.
- Producing monthly recruitment report each month for management meetings
- Registration/monitoring of learners on the Learner Record Service.

**Person Specification**:

- A passion for and experience within a recruitment role.
- Capable of delivering advice and guidance with a desire to continuously learn and develop
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, in particular Excel with the ability to analyse and manipulate data and create spreadsheets and look up tables
- A team-player with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to manage your own time and prioritise your workload
- Experience of using a CRM system is highly desirable
