Temporary to Permanent - IMMEDIATE START - Order Picking

We are looking for an Order Picker / Packer - Rotating Shift on a Temporary to Permanent basis for a very busy Witham based company.

This role is fast paced picking and packing. Working within different departments, this role will involve learning all aspects of Order Picking and use of Hand Scanning Systems

Monday to Friday - 8am - 4pm week 1 and 2pm - 10pm week 2 (weekly rotating)

This role would suit someone from a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background who can bring existing skills and experience to the role, although a keen attitude is keen as fully training can be provided

The duties of Picker / Packer - Rotating Shift:
Order Picking and Packing to a pick list
Use of a scanning system
Walking around the warehouse to collect orders
Basic computer use and printing of labels
Assisting with final packing ready for dispatch

The Ideal Picker / Packer - Rotating Shift:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
Experience in Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain is an advantage
- Looking for a temporary to permanent role_
Able to complete manual handling tasks safely
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

Monday to Friday - 8am - 4pm week 1 and 2pm - 10pm week 2 (weekly rotating)
