**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, direct, and participate in all aspects of the construction project.
- Operate personal computer with spreadsheet program system to produce and maintain construction project records.
- Perform duties as outlined in work orders, schedules, plans drawings and specifications.
- Communicate with supervisor and other trades on site to provide information regarding the project status.
- Participate in the development of schedules for assigned projects.
- Responsible for many aspects of a construction project including gathering information, writing procedures and checklists, assigning personnel.,tracking progress and ensuring completion on schedule.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
