My client, a fantastic market leading agent, are looking for a Lettings Manager to join their team in their office based in Keighley. You will be joining a fun and energetic team with scope to make the role your own and be encouraged and supported to progressyour career within this well-established and regarded agency.
Responsibilities for this Lettings Manager role will include:
- Management of lettings team - front and back office staff
- Coaching, mentoring and 1-1 with current team to develop
- Dealing with rental clients and landlords
- Liaising with the other Directors to help manage the lettings business
- Control and manage profitability and business plan for future months and years
Skills & Experience for this Lettings Manager role:
- Lettings experience (lettings manager, lettings area manager, etc)
- Proven track record in lettings
- Local area knowledge
- Track record developing previous brand/agents
- Ability to work in fast paced lettings environment and drive a team to success
