Cirencester, United Kingdom Restorate Full time

Established in 2005, Restorate are a family run online retailer of specialised woodworking, DIY and restoration products. We sell nationwide, and as a market leader we process hundreds of orders a day in the peak periods between March and September. We are now looking for an enthusiastic and proactive person to join our warehouse team for the Spring and Summer.

**The Role**:

- Picking products for orders with a handheld scanner
- Checking off, quality control and neatly packing orders.
- Cycle count stock using inventory management software
- Forklift Operation - distributing products around the premises and loading/unloading delivery vehicles
- Stowing delivered inventory in the correct locations, ensuring effective stock rotation
- Support team members and effectively communicate with colleagues and managers
- Have an overall awareness of Health & Safety procedures, ensuring safe workplace practices at all times and reporting potential risks as appropriate
- Have a flexible approach, supporting in all areas of the business as required by the management team

**About you**:

- Minimum of 6 months warehouse experience
- Comfortable with physical work, able to safely lift and carry items up to 15kg
- Can demonstrate an awareness of H&S practices in a warehouse environment
- Experience with inventory software, or ability to learn. Good computer and mathematics skills
- Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and managers
- Proactive, friendly and flexible
- Happy to work in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift Experience and/or licence favourable but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 7 months

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
