Reservationist - Boutique Hotel

We are currently looking to hire a Reservationist who has a solid background in customer service and knows how to provide a warm, welcoming experience for our guests.

The Crazy Bear Beaconsfield is an extravagant boutique hotel comprising 48 elaborately designed bedrooms, renowned English and Thai restaurants, award winning cocktail bar, unique private dining rooms, Moroccan lounge and terrace with outdoor swimming pool and Thai massage treatment rooms.

**The Reservationists Role**:

- We are looking for an experienced reservations agent to join our fantastic reservations team.
- We are looking for first class presentation, a clear speaking voice, attention to detail, and a friendly personality.
- Previous relevant experience is essential.**
