**Marketing Executive**

Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for digital marketing? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment? We have an exceptional career opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join a dynamic travel technology company based in Richmond.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, measuring against key goals and metrics.
- Conduct experiments and conversion tests to optimize performance and identify trends and insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with company objectives.
- Support SEO efforts through keyword analysis and content strategies.
- Design marketing materials and manage branding consistency.
- Plan and coordinate events and attend industry conferences.

**What Experience is Required**:

- Previous experience in a digital marketing role.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, resilient, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Quick learner with a passion for self-development.
- IT or travel sector experience is desirable.

**Salary & Benefits**: In addition to a competitive basic salary of £28,000-£32,000, the Marketing Executive will enjoy a lovely friendly culture and a range of benefits including healthcare and well-being plans, regular socials and opportunities to travel.

**Location**: This role is based in Richmond with flexible hybrid working options available once settled into the role.
