Job Description - Partnership Claims Representative

**The Position**:
Cigna UK Health Benefits is continuing to grow, as is our experience and expertise.

**Main Duties / Responsibilities**:

- Review and prepare claims in pre agreed formats for multiple partners.
- Exchanging of claims data with the partners and dealing with queries that arise from the exchange.
- Processing of claims associated with the integrated solution.
- Adjusting of claims to incorporate the money returned by partners via subrogation.
- Actively support partners and internal team members with queries.
- Engage with providers and partners to make sure that subrogation values are maximised.
- Ensure work is prioritised effectively.
- Carry out other Adhoc tasks as required meeting business needs.
- Contribute to projects and business change when required.

**Experience Required**:

- Experience in medical administration, claims environment or customer service focused organisation
- Ability to meet/exceed targets and manage multiple priorities
- Preferred if English and Arithmetic qualification gained.
- Claims Knowledge.

**Skills**:

- Must possess excellent attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication to internal and external partners. This will incorporate call handling skills when required.
- Confident in making decisions and exercise judgment where necessary
- Strong customer focus with ability to identify and solve problems
- Ability to work under own initiative and proactive in recommending and implementing process improvements
- Ability to organise, prioritise and manage workflow to meet individual and team requirements
