**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a **Trainer **to continue to build and strengthen the capability of our new and existing Trade Counter colleagues, from induction, product, customer service and sales training right through to management development.
You will be working alongside the Trade Counter management team to understand the training required to support the delivery of our ambitious Trade Counter growth strategy.
**Specifically, you’ll be responsible for**:
- Working with key stakeholders to understand and prioritise learning needs
- Design and deliver bespoke training, webinars, workshops and group coaching to address skills gaps and develop capability of new and existing colleagues
- Create or curate learning resources, such as videos, QRG's, SOP's, infographics and utilise our LMS to build blended learning programmes,
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive induction programme and support onboarding of new colleagues
- Evaluate and report learning impact against agreed success measures
- Support, mentor and coach individuals as required to embed learning, ensuring ongoing personal development and achievement of business goals
- Drive learner engagement through effective communication and stakeholder engagement
- Advise and support managers with the ongoing development of their colleagues
**About You**:
We are looking for a confident and engaging facilitator who is experienced in the design and delivery of sales, service and leadership training.
You’ll have the ability to translate business needs into quality learning interventions, underpinned with a sound knowledge of good learning design and teaching methodology.
You’ll be self-sufficient and IT literate with strong time management, planning and organising skills.
Experience of online learning and LMS would be useful, as would experience in customer service, sales and/or management, especially in a retail/trade environment.
