**About the Role**
- To provide comprehensive financial advice to a portfolio of clients across investments, pensions and protection.
- Setting up meetings and conducting in-depth reviews of client's financial circumstances.
- Completing risk analysis, research, designing financial strategies, finding solutions that meet the client's needs, and assisting clients in making informed decisions.
- Keeping up to date with legislation and meeting the regulatory aspects of the role.
- Undertake client acquisition by promoting client referral, networking with other professionals and broader new business activities.
- Comply with regulatory aspects of the role and company compliance standards and endeavour to promote the interests and reputation of the company and work in its best interests.
- Working closely with the principal on operational projects and company development.

**Essential Criteria**
- **Level 4 Diploma Qualified and working towards Chartered status.**:

- **Currently working as an adviser with experience gained working within a UK financial services.**:

- Ability to build upon existing strong client relationships.
- Skills in acquiring and bringing on new clients.

**Salary & Benefits**

Basic Salary: £60,000 to £80,000

OTE: £90,000 to £110,000

Employed role with transparent KPIs and fee share.

Pension.

Holidays: 23 days, rising to 25 days over two years.

Expenses.

Core hours: 35 hours per week

Hybrid/Flexible working schedule with remote and office working available; however, the nature of the role requires easy access to the office.
