**The Role**:
Love coffee and working as part of a dedicated team? Want to be the reason someone smiles because you remembered their name and regular order? If you know your latte from your flat white, have a good shot of Barista experience and want to work in some amazing central London locations, we might just have the place you are looking for Sharing your expert knowledge with your team and ensuring each shift runs as smoothly as our coffee, you will enjoy creating great experiences for your team and your customers.

**What we look for**:

- Passionate about delivering the highest levels of service with a desire to learn, work hard and progress
- Comfortable in a front line role facing the public
- Empathetic and able to build relationships
- An open personality who is relaxed and natural in their interactions
- Accurate with good attention to detail
- Demonstrable desire to pursue a hospitality career
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous experience in a fast paced service environment
