Sympathetically refurbished and extended using traditional local stone Tallington Lodge is an integral part of the community in the pretty village of Tallington in Lincolnshire. Led by our Home Manager, the staff create a safe and warm friendly atmosphere for all our residents and visitors.

**Do you like to organise events & have a creative flare?**

Activities are a huge part of our residents’ lives at our care homes and our wellbeing coordinators make sure that events they plan are person-centred, aspirational and most of all fun From arranging a variety of activities, to trips & experiences within the local area, to arranging seasonal events for our residents, this is a truly rewarding and varied role.

**About You**:
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, creative and will help with activities and ultimately make our home a great place to live:

- Have a friendly & caring attitude
- Good planning & development skills
- Able to engage well with the residents and their families
- Be proactive, passionate, and supportive team player, with experience of maintaining the highest levels of customer service.
- You will be going out and about, networking, planning activities and with residents therefore having access to your own vehicle with business Insurance is essential
