Deputy Alcohol Administrator

To support the development of the Nurse-led Alcohol services. To provide excellent customer service to patients, service users and professionals that are accessing/liaising with the Alcohol Specialist Nurse Service. To work and support Illy Links Pathway systems; data input, maintenance, Analysis and reporting. To provide a clerical and secretarial service to the department, monthly reports to Portsmouth City Council community alcohol services and assist the Alcohol Business Administration Manager with quarterly and annual reports for Commissioners and national reporting including to NHS England.

To manage the whole process of patient access to the Alcohol Specialist Nurse Service. The post holder will provide accurate and timely PAS validation (updating patients). Forty to fifty telephone calls per day; secretarial role in supporting other Substance Misuse Services and relevant organisations.
