Do you a have HR experience and looking for a part time or full time role and a new challenge within a fast paced, rapidly growing, professional company?

As our HR administrator you will be responsible for all HR admin duties and you will report into our accounts manager/MD.

This is a hands on role and will suit a motivated individual who has a positive outlook and natural interest in HR and general staff support.

**Duties**:

- On-boarding new starters and leaver admin
- Assist and support with any recruitment activities
- Recording and tracking of working hours and absences/sickness
- Processing and organising of job descriptions, contracts and other employee/HR related documents
- Maintain and update HR records and employee files to ensure accurate records are kept at all times and filing in order.
- Minute taking during disciplinary meetings (and other HR/employee related meetings)
- Assist with payroll and accounts admin duties
- H&S related duties
- Complete all other general HR admin duties

**Skills Required**:

- Proven HR administration experience
- Basic HR process experience
- The desire to work full time or part time hours
- A team player mentality
- Good organisational, verbal, numeric and pc skills (including Outlook, Word and Excel)

- Salary: £20,000-25,000 (depending on experience and pro rata if part time)
- Work Times: Daily, but flexible
- Holidays: 20 Days + Bank Holidays (pro rata)
