Broadlea Primary School is a 1.5 entry, community school on the southeast coast of the beautiful Isle of Wight. At Broadlea we have high expectations of all pupils and pride ourselves in striving for high attainment within a happy, safe, positive and caring environment.

We are seeking to appoint a motivated, well-organised person to be responsible for supporting and advising our children and families. Ideally, you will have experience of working with children, be familiar with the primary school environment, and have a relevant qualification or relevant experience.

**We are looking for a FLO who**:

- has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- is passionate to support in the delivery of change for families and children
- has a high level of emotional resilience and intelligence
- has a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- has substantial experience of working with children and their families in an educational, social or health setting

We offer motivated children who are keen to learn, a supportive community, high quality professional development (CPD) and support, including dedicated clinical supervision with an Educational Psychologist, and the opportunity to work with experienced and skilled staff across the school and the Island.
