We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join us as Call Handlers working from our Head Office in Carlisle. This role will suit caring individuals with a professional and courteous manner and excellent communication skills. Call handlers will ensure that patients receive the right care in the right place at the right time by giving advice and distributing calls appropriately. This is a role where every shift is different. Experience is in a similar role is essential.

**We are looking for individuals wishing to pick up contracted hours only.**
