**Full Job Description**
Duties include:
Maintaining a good level of section and fridge hygiene.
Communicating with Head and Sous Chef.
Awareness of gross profit targets, weekly business levels and food wastage.
To establish good working relationships with management and colleagues.
To ensure correct standards of attendance, appearance conduct and personal hygiene.
To ensure prompt and tactful attention to customer complaints.
Adhering to regulations, as set out in the staff handbook.
This is a full time position, and will include evening and weekend shifts on a rota basis. Hourly pay depending on age and experience. We are looking for fun and hard working people, so if you have the skills and personality to suit this role, please send us your CV.
