Due to the nature of the role, adherence to Health and Safety policy is essential. As the Change Work Coordinator you will be required to have an expert knowledge of all relevant legal requirements to ensure the branch operates in a diligent and compliant manner. You will also conduct risk assessments and demonstrate a desire to protect profit and contribute to continuous improvement.
You will act as an ambassador for the John Lewis & Partners brand, playing your part in delivering outstanding service in all your interactions with customers and third parties, sharing your knowledge of our business in all products and services.
This is an operational role based in a John Lewis branch.
This role will appeal to someone who enjoys planning and organising, is a strong communicator and has good attention to detail.
Desirable experience skills and qualifications: Computer Assisted Design (CAD)
