Ceiba is a small dynamic company that is expanding, and we are looking for individuals to join our team. We work with young women who are moving back into the community after an extended stay in the hospital. They have an exciting journey ahead of them. Therefore, they need empathetic individuals to act as mentors, provide emotional and practical support to access their community, engage in fun activities and build a future for themselves. We also work alongside the community outreach team and support vulnerable adults with their well-being, self-esteem, confidence and day-to-day tasks.
Our standard contract is 36 hours per week at a rate of £10.30 an hour, with £45 a night for sleep in's. We would like fully flexible individuals as we work a shift pattern, including evenings, nights, weekends, or bank holidays. Due to the location of the work, being a car driver is essential. We provide full training and cover DBS checks.
