This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Assistant Psychologist to join our Community Eating Disorders Service for Children and Young People in East London (CEDS-CYP).

The postholder will gain specialist clinical experience through supporting with:

- The delivery of multi-disciplinary assessment
- The delivery of evidence-based and NICE concordant interventions to children and young people and their families (e.g. through early intervention pathways that deliver CBT-T)
- Effective risk management of CYP with eating disorders in the community
- Liaising with other professionals working with CYP with eating disorders

**They will also be involved in service development, including**:

- Developing and delivering people participation work in CEDS to ensure service development is effectively co-produced with CYP and their families
- Improvement projects in the service - such as quality improvement projects that may be informed by CYP and parent/ carer feedback, service audits

CEDS-CYP is a multidisciplinary team offering specialist assessment, treatment and support to young people under 18 who are experiencing an eating disorder. Our service covers City & Hackney, Newham and Tower Hamlets.
