**What you’ll be doing**

As an Outreach Worker, you will work with people and families in need of support across Gorton, Levenshulme, Clayton and Beswick. You will provide first class service to the community, ensuring that all families have a positive experience and improve their health and wellbeing.

**What we need from you**
- You enjoy meeting new people and improving health and wellbeing for the local community.
- You will support the development of babies and children under the age of 5.
- You will be passionate about raising parental aspirations.
- You will support parents to access learning, training and employment opportunities.
- You need an enhanced level DBS check for this role.

**What we will offer you in return**
- An annual salary of £22,496 (NJC point 12)
- A permanent contract for 30 hours a week
- 25 days holiday (pro rata), and 30 (pro rata) once you've been here five years
