**Vacancy at Citizens Advice Mid Lincolnshire**

**Position**: Trainee Adviser

**Hours per week**: 35 hours per week

**Salary**: £19,062 per annum, rising to £19,969 upon completion of training

**Based**: Boston/Sleaford/Home working

**This is an exciting opportunity to join the Advice Team at Citizens Advice Mid Lincolnshire (CAML).**

As a trainee adviser, you will work with our advice service volunteers and staff to assist clients by providing general advice on a variety of issues including employment, housing, benefits.

You will possess excellent communication and organisation skills and have an understanding of the issues affecting our clients. You will be willing to undertake Citizens Advice Generalist Adviser training. Previous experience of working in an advice setting is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.

You will be required to work at both our Boston and Sleaford offices as well as outreach locations as required. A full driving license or ability to travel is therefore essential. There will also be an element of home working.

**Salary**: From £19,062.00 per year
