About The RoleDue to the success and expansion of Avonline Networks we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Co-ordinator to join our team in Cramlington, reporting to a Delivery Manager. Working in a busy office environment, they will be the main point of contact for the engineering team, supervisors & management.

Avonline Networks deliver service excellence on a nationwide basis. From the national fibre networks which millions of homes and businesses rely upon every day, to the infrastructure that delivers the latest technology to Multi-Dwelling Units (MDU's) across the UK. Providing installation and maintenance of infrastructure to MDU's across the UK for public sector, social housing, and private landlords, which include the latest technology, FTTP and IRS.

**The role & responsibilities**:
To support the delivery manager and supervisors to ensure all civils & cabling work orders are programmed and delivered to time in a safe and compliant manner and to ensure the compliance of the supply chain to all relevant administration support processes applicable to the program of works

You will:

- Support the delivery managers in the management of the work stack delivery.
- Co-ordination of Governing and dependent jobs on relevant MS.
- Provide timely and accurate client updates
- Compilation of compliant works programme, production of analytical statistical data and proactive publication of both to Operation Project Managers and suppliers.
- To monitor programmes and target Delivery Managers to deliver jobs to the required timescales maintaining compliance with all NRSWA, quality and safety requirements.
- Monitor and publish Delivery Manager & Supplier internal and external KPI results.
- Proactively drive all necessary actions to ensure orders are fluid at the earliest possible opportunity.
- 3rd Party Relationship Management.
- Provide a Client / Avonline “One Stop” interface point
- Provide a direct interface between Works Control and the Operational Delivery Managers.
- Review current processes and procedures to identify potential IT solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Design implement and support IT solutions to Works Control issues
- Support Works Control Team when IT issues arise.
- Design and generate ad hoc reports to meet senior management / Client requests

**What we need from you.**
- Civils/cabling coordination experience ideally on telco projects
- Good people interfacing skills
- Hands on approach
- Excellent understanding of the operational requirements of working within the Morpheus area.
- Ability to liaise effectively with client contract management representatives.
- Ability to liaise effectively with HA representatives.
- Excellent IT / Microsoft Excel competency
- Permit noticing experience
