Full induction programme on starting will be given with all the required training.

**Summary**:

- To work as a member of a team in the provision of a safe, caring, quality environment for residents.
- Enhancing residents lives. promoting their personal growth and development and respecting at all times their dignity, individual rights and choices.
- Fast learner and forward thinker who can come into an established care home and make a difference.

**Main Duties**:

- Participate as a member of a team providing for the overall needs of the residents.
- To organise, interact and participate with residents, encouraging and promoting self
- help activities, including domestic tasks, personal tasks and the use of local facilities.
- Assist in all aspects of care of the residents.
- Participate in training programs and periodic appraisals.
- Have attained or be working toward/willing to work toward NVQ level 3 / QCF level 3.
- Undertake ‘sleep-in’ and night time ‘wake’ duties when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 36 per week

**Salary**: £10.42-£10.65 per hour
