**CLIENT DETAILS**
Our client is a market leading manufacturer & distributor of agricultural products throughout the whole of the UK. Our client has incredible values and is looking for a likeminded individual to join the team operating as the transport & inventory coordinatorat their Stallingborough site.
**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE?**
- It is your duty to be responsible for all facets of client’s transportation and warehouse inventory assurance operation in Stallingborough. These responsibilities would include 3PL management, oversight, auditing receiving and dispatching:

- You will be tasked with monitoring inventory via rolling inventory checks. (Weekly Quarterly and Annual), communicating with other departments within the organization regarding shipment details, delivery schedules, etc.
- You will be tasked with coordinating with shipping companies to arrange transport of goods between warehouses or suppliers and customers, including export consignments.
- You will be tasked with reviewing purchase orders and shipping invoices to ensure that they match with deliveries made.
- It is your duty to organize and maintain inventory levels in the warehouse according to company standards.
- You will be tasked ensuring that all incoming shipments are received and processed according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- It is your duty to maintain records of consignment movements and inventory levels to help identify any trends, discrepancies and or inefficiencies within the system
- It is your duty to ensure all tasks are carried out on a risk assessed basis and that all related HSSEQ issues are addressed and understood.
- It is your duty to carry Out rolling inventory auditing to ensure currency of data.
- It will be your duty to review inventory and advise on space optimization.
- It is your duty to participate carrier performance reviews and reporting.
- You will be tasked with Participation in the reporting, investigation and close out of any incident and or O, S & D reporting.
- It is your duty to ensure accuracy of carrier commercial invoices charges and correction of same.
- It will be your duty to process claims documents in connection with damages and or lost goods.
- It is your duty to check works equipment and environment.
- You will be reviewing incoming queries and requests overnight.
- It is your duty to carry out or request housekeeping while completing functions to leave work area and equipment in good order

**QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED**
- An Understanding of HSSEQ requirements and applicable legislation.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Numeracy and basic computing skills, familiar the MS Suite and ERP exposure
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Supervisors and Co-Workers.
- Ability to function well as part of a team or autonomously as required.
- Diligent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- To be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work.
- Experience of working in a Warehouse environment.

**SAFETY RESPONSIBILITYS**
- Conduct and comply with all of client’s safety requirements and national and international legislation
- Carry out Job based Safety Assessments / risk assessments on al work carried out and report any issues resulting from such assessments
- Proactive participation in client’s safety-based initiatives in including, but not limited to, site observation program
