**Day to day duties**:

- Develop training materials, including user manuals, guides, and multimedia presentations, tailored to the specific needs of different user groups within the NHS
- Assess the training needs of different departments and user groups within the NHS, and design training programs accordingly to address those needs effectively
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to staff members who require additional assistance or specialised training
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, assessments, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to enhance training outcomes
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders and other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance the overall IT user experience
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and data protection regulations
