Our client is a well established market leader in their sector, they employ over 500 people and operate globally. They are looking for somebody who is professional and genuinely enjoys providing a good service to customers over the telephone.

**KEY DUTIES**:

- Answer inbound calls from customers identifying their needs, spotting opportunities to maximise orders.
- Carry out administration, ensuring reports are actioned daily and up to date
- Manage customer accounts in relation to back orders, shortages and general information

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous experience in providing customer service either over the phone or face to face
- Strong communicator - Excellent Customer Service
- Self motivated individual with ability to work under pressure
- Teamwork - a team player who can play an active role in a dynamic team
- Customer focused/drive to deliver improved customer satisfaction
- Good organisational skills

After your training and probationary period is completed this role will be come hybrid - 1 week at home and 1 week in the office

Starting salary - £20,605, this will increase after your successful 3 probationary period, then further increases following completion of an ongoing training programme

**Salary**: £20,605.00 per year
