Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will provide essential management and support to staff, while supporting the home manager.

**Duties**:

- Work under instructions of home manager
- Provide Monthly Staff Rotas
- Conduct Audits
- Manage Resident Care Plans

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proven experience of minimum 5 years in home care or assisted living settings
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and best practices
- Professionalism
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

**Skills**:

- Some experience in providing care
- Familiarity with assisted living protocols and procedures

**Salary**: £11.44-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
