**Job Title: Inbound Sales Advisor**

Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Host zoom calls with potential and current clients to build relationships and discuss sales opportunities.
- Identify and qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding our products and services
- Close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in our CRM system.
- Continuously improve product and sales knowledge to better serve clients.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment targeted environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
