Teaching Assistants are the backbone of the classroom; and we are on the hunt for resilient, empathetic, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team of support staff making a positive impact on the lives of students.
**The Role**
- Support students who face barriers to learning including SEN/Learning Difficulties, SEMH needs (social, emotional, mental health), and physical disabilities.
- Monitor and track students’ progress within the lessons, including any milestones they have reached in their learning.
- Have a person-centred approach to your work and provide high quality support and guidance.
- To keep children/young people safe during their time at school through safeguarding and good practice

We are currently recruiting for long term, short term and ad hoc positions to start now.
**Availability**:
- Monday - Friday (Full and Part Time)
- Must be available between 8.30 and 3.30
- Term Time only
**Must have**:
- An understanding of the potential barriers someone with additional needs may face.
- Ability to work well as a team and communicate effectively with others.
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Have a DBS on the Updates Service or be willing to obtain one.
- Experience supporting individuals of any age.
- Commitment to safeguarding all students and familiarity with whistleblowing procedures.
