A bit about the role
You will play a key role in supporting HR and the wider business by delivering efficient and effective day-to-day administration and advice across all aspects of Reward and Benefits. This is a real opportunity to gain exposure to stakeholders across the business and introduce you to a career within this centre of expertise.

**Your key duties will include supporting with**:

- Cyclical activities such as benefit administration, annual salary review, incentives and recognition
- The delivery of reward and benefit projects
- The day to day administration of various areas within the Reward and Benefits team, including pay governance

A bit about you
What are we looking for?

You're excited to learn about Reward and Benefits and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Your “Can-do” self-sufficient attitude will enable you to provide excellent assistance to stakeholders and internal customers across the business.

Also, we're looking for the following:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- IT Proficiency (Outlook, Excel etc.)
- Customer-focussed, and a passion for people.
- Experience of working in HR and a knowledge of the Workday People System is a plus
