We are seeking an experienced **Group** **Travel & Events Operations Co-ordinator** to join a highly successful travel company.

The main focus of this exciting role is to work alongside your colleagues and our clients to deliver exceptional events and a great supportive customer journey.

**Group Travel & Events Operations Co-ordinator Duties**:

- Co-ordinating large sports tournament events and educational seminars for school students.
- Liaising with customers in a timely manner, to gather group details, understand their requests and confirm all elements of their booking.
- Working with suppliers / colleagues to confirm travel, accommodation, event partners and venues.
- Collaborate in producing detailed event plans and schedules, covering multiple groups and venues.
- Development of “life-long” relationships with both client and suppliers

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
