Voids & Decarbonisation Lead

G12 £47,420 - £50,512 per annum

This post is a new post as part of an ongoing restructure that will support and report to the Head of Service for Property. We are looking for an ambitious, innovative, forward thinking and driven individual, who will lead on all empty properties, as well as leading on decarbonisation for the Council housing stock.

The expectation of the role will be to have a ‘can do’ approach, leading this service area and developing teams who can deliver with a fantastic culture.

The role will be vital to the delivering on the departments empty properties, as well as leading on decarbonisation of the Council housing stock.

The role will work closely with the Head of Service to achieve the very best for the Contract Holders of Wrexham. This is an exciting professional opportunity to assist in driving this area of the Housing service forward.
