Now, as we go through an exciting period of growth, we are looking for a Head of Product to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As our Head of Product, you will lead the development of quality learning and development products, including qualifications.

A key focus of your role will be planning, development, product quality and the management of a team.

Gaining an understanding of the needs of our customers and regulators, you will drive new product solutions to meet changing industry learning requirements and produce a 12 month rolling product plan.

You will ensure products are developed in line with our quality standards and qualifications in line with regulators’ expectations.

Additionally, you will review processes and ways of working to get quality products to market as quickly as possible.

About You

**To be considered as our Head of Product, you will need**:

- Experience of qualification development
- Experience of project management
- Understanding of training and qualification design and assessment methodology
- Experience working to budgets and targets
- Experience managing a team
- Experience of successful project delivery through commissioning external contractors
- Knowledge of the UK qualification regulation systems
- Knowledge of UK training and education structures
- Strong networking skills
- Proficiency in IT
- A full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to our location)
